LSR 6-3. APPEALS; CLERK'S RECORD ON APPEAL; DESIGNATION, AND COSTS OF REPRODUCTION The clerk's record on appeal must be designated and reproduced in accordance with the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure and the rules of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. The costs of reproduction of the clerk's record are the responsibility of the appellant unless the appellant is proceeding in forma pauperis.
