LCR 12-3. MOTION FOR REVIEW OF MAGISTRATE JUDGE'S RELEASE OR DETENTION ORDER.
(a) Any party may seek review of a magistrate judge's release or detention order by filing a motion for review with the district court.
(b) The motion must: (1) identify the magistrate judge's order being reviewed; (2) state the grounds for review; and (3) specify the relief requested.
(c) Unless the court orders otherwise, the response must be filed within 7 days of the motion.
(d) The district court will review the magistrate judge's release or detention order under the standard set forth in 18 U.S.C. § 3145.
