LCR 32-1. SENTENCING

(a) The United States Probation Office must disclose the presentence investigation report to the defendant, the defendant's counsel, and the government no later than 35 days before sentencing unless otherwise ordered by the court.

(b) Objections to the presentence investigation report must be filed no later than 14 days after the report is disclosed.

(c) Sentencing memoranda must be filed no later than 7 days before sentencing unless otherwise ordered by the court.

(d) The United States Probation Office must submit an addendum to the presentence investigation report addressing any objections no later than 7 days before sentencing.

(e) The defendant must be present at sentencing unless the court permits the defendant's absence for good cause.
