LCR 46-1. APPEARANCE BONDS
(a) Appearance bonds must comply with the terms set by the court at the time of the defendant's initial appearance or arraignment.
(b) The surety on an appearance bond must qualify before the clerk in accordance with LCR 46-2.
(c) Appearance bonds that are secured by cash or United States obligations must comply with LCR 46-3.
