LR 54-4. DEPOSITION COSTS

(a) The cost of a deposition is taxable when the deposition was necessarily obtained for use in the case.

(b) Taxable deposition costs may include: (1) reporter's fees; (2) transcript costs; (3) costs of copies of depositions and exhibits; and (4) costs of videotaped depositions if the videotaping was reasonably necessary.
