Local Rule 47.3: Communications with Jurors
D.N.H. — Civil rule
47.3 Communications with Jurors No attorney, party, or witness, acting directly or through the use of an agent, shall attempt to communicate with any juror, prospective juror, or former juror concerning the person's service as a juror without obtaining prior approval from the court. The court will not approve a request to communicate with a juror except in extraordinary circumstances and for good cause shown.
