Local Rule 83.3: Conferred Disciplinary Jurisdiction

83.3 Conferred Disciplinary Jurisdiction Any attorney admitted or permitted to practice before this court shall be deemed to have conferred disciplinary jurisdiction upon this court for any alleged attorney misconduct arising during the course of a case pending before this court in which that attorney has participated in any way.
