10.2 Complex Cases If the court determines at the arraignment that the case is likely to be unusually complex, the court shall schedule a status conference within fourteen (14) days after the arraignment. LCrR 12.1(a), 12.1(b), 16.1(b), and 16.1(c) shall not apply in such cases, and the court shall instead establish the dates for the filing of discovery, dispositive, and evidentiary motions at the status conference.
