11.1 Entry of Guilty Plea Without Plea Agreement In all cases in which the defendant intends to enter a plea of guilty without having reached a written plea agreement with the government, the defendant shall submit on or before the date of the change of plea hearing an executed Acknowledgment and Waiver of Rights on a form approved by the court.
