Local Rule LCrR 30.1: Jury Instructions

30.1 Jury Instructions Parties shall file requests for jury instructions no later than on the first day of trial. The parties shall submit only instructions concerning the elements of the offense and unusual evidentiary matters. Requests for routine instructions are unnecessary and should not be filed. Supplemental requests may be filed at the close of the evidence or at such time during trial as the court reasonably directs.
