32.4 Repayment of Financial Obligations Repayment of financial obligations imposed by the court shall be applied in the following order: (1) assessment; (2) restitution; (3) fine principal; (4) cost of prosecution; (5) interest; (6) penalties; and (7) reimbursement of attorney's fees.
