Cr. RULE 53.1 CONDUCT IN THE COURTROOM The Marshal or a designated Deputy Marshal shall, unless expressly excused by the presiding Judge, attend each criminal proceeding of the Court and shall exercise the powers granted to and discharge the duties set forth in 28 U.S.C. § 566 and in other applicable laws and rules as may be required by the Court.
