Cr. RULE 41.1 MOTIONS UNDER FED. R. CRIM. P. 41 Defenses or objections permitted pursuant to Fed. R. Crim. P. 41(e) shall be made before pleading or within 30 days thereafter unless the Court at the time of arraignment on application of counsel otherwise specifies, or unless good cause is shown.
