Cr. RULE 7.1 GRAND JURORS The selection, qualification, summoning, exemption or excuse from service of grand jurors shall be governed by the Plan of Implementation adopted by the Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §1861 et seq. The Plan is available for inspection at the office of the Clerk.
