Civ. RULE 79.3 ENTRY OF SATISFACTION OF JUDGMENTS AND DECREES Satisfaction of a money judgment recovered in this District, or registered in this District pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1963, shall be entered by the Clerk, as follows: (a) Upon the filing of a warrant of satisfaction executed and acknowledged by (1) the judgment-creditor or his or her attorney of record; or (2) the assignee of the judgment-creditor, with evidence of the assignment. (b) Upon the filing of a warrant of satisfaction executed by the United States Attorney, if the judgment-creditor is the United States. (c) Upon the registration of a certified copy of a satisfaction of the judgment entered in another district.
