Civ. RULE 48.1 CIVIL JURY In all civil jury actions, except as otherwise expressly required by law, the jury shall consist of not fewer than six and not more than 12 members, and all jurors shall participate in the verdict to the extent authorized by Fed. R. Civ. P. 48.
