Civ. RULE 42.1 CONSOLIDATION OF CASES A motion to consolidate two or more civil cases pending upon the docket of the Court shall be filed in the cases bearing the earliest docket number. That motion shall be adjudicated by the Judge to whom that case is assigned. A copy of the moving papers shall be served upon all parties in each case to which the consolidation motion applies. For each such case other than that in which the motion for consolidation is filed, counsel for the moving party shall submit to the Clerk for docketing a copy of the cover letter accompanying the filing of the motion.
