Civ. RULE 11.3 APPLICATIONS FOR FED. R. CIV. P. 11 SANCTIONS All applications for sanctions pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 11 shall be filed with the Clerk prior to the entry of final judgment notwithstanding the provisions of any other Rule of this Court.
