67.1 Disbursements from Court Registry.
(a) By Court Order. A party must provide the Court with the following information to be integrated into a Court order before disbursement of funds will be made: • the payee's name, address and Social Security number or tax identification number; • the amount of principal; and • the amount of interest.
(b) Court Registry Fees. The Clerk will deduct a fee from interest earned on interest bearing funds in the Court Registry. The Judicial Conference of the United States authorizes this fee, and the amount is set by the Director of the Administrative Office of the U. S. Courts. A fee schedule is available from the Clerk.
