73.4 Consent to Settlement Conference Conducted by a Magistrate Judge or Bankruptcy Judge. The parties, by unanimous agreement, may request a particular Magistrate Judge, who is not the trial or pre-trial Magistrate Judge, or a Bankruptcy Judge, to conduct a settlement conference.
