GENERAL RULE 1.12 NON-APPROPRIATED FUND
(A) DEPOSIT The clerk must deposit local attorney admission and pro hac vice fees in a non-appropriated fund.
(B) USE The non-appropriated fund may be used only to benefit the bar and bench in the administration of justice. The fund must not be used to supplement appropriated funds or to supplement the salary of a judiciary employee.
(C) PLAN The clerk must maintain a written plan for the administration and operation of the non-appropriated fund.
