GENERAL RULE 1.7 STIPULATIONS An agreement or consent between the parties or the parties' attorneys in respect to proceedings in this court is not binding, unless the agreement or consent is: (1) signed by all parties or the parties' attorneys, filed, and adopted by the court; or (2) made in open court, on the record, and adopted by the court.
