Local Rule General Rule 1.8: COURT REPORTER TRANSCRIPTS

GENERAL RULE 1.8 COURT REPORTER TRANSCRIPTS If a party orders a transcript, the party requesting the transcript (unless the appellant is proceeding in forma pauperis) must pay to the court reporter the fee fixed by the Judicial Conference of the United States. The public may obtain from the clerk copies of transcripts filed as part of an official file by paying a fee at the rate fixed by the Judicial Conference of the United States or, in the alternative, from the official court reporter at the rate fixed by the Judicial Conference of the United States.
