RULE 11 SIGNING PLEADINGS, MOTIONS, AND OTHER PAPERS Every pleading, motion or other paper filed or otherwise submitted to the court by an attorney or unrepresented party shall be signed pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 11, stating, as applicable, the signer's name, USDC-PR Bar Identification Number, pro hac vice or pro se status, mailing and e-mail addresses, and telephone and facsimile numbers.
