Local Rule Rule 130: Jury Instructions

RULE 130 JURY INSTRUCTIONS Unless otherwise ordered by the court, written requests for case specific jury instructions pursuant to Fed. R. Crim. P. 30 shall be electronically filed with the court and sent electronically to chambers in Word or Word Perfect format, at least seven (7) days prior to jury impanelment.
Each instruction shall be numbered and tendered on a separate sheet of paper, with citation to the legal authority or source. Supplemental requests may be filed at the close of the evidence. Proposed jury instructions shall be discussed prior to closing arguments.
