Local Rule Rule 51: Instructions to Jury

RULE 51 INSTRUCTIONS TO JURY Each party shall file proposed jury instructions and voir dire questions at least seven (7) days prior to the commencement of trial, unless otherwise ordered by the court. Each jury instruction shall be numbered and tendered on a separate sheet of paper with citation to the legal authority or source. Proposed instructions shall be discussed prior to closing arguments.
