RULE D POSSESSORY, PETITORY, AND PARTITION ACTIONS
(1) Return Date.
In a possessory action under Supplemental Rule D, a judicial officer may order that the statement of right or interest in the property and answer be filed on a date earlier than twenty-one (21) days after arrest. The order may also set a date for expedited hearing of the action.
