LAR D POSSESSORY, PETITORY, AND PARTITION ACTIONS In a possessory action under Supplemental Rule D, a judicial officer may order that the statement of right or interest and answer be filed on a date earlier than 21 days after arrest. The order may also set the date for expedited hearing of the action.
