Local Rule LR Cv 5.2: NOTICE BY PUBLICATION

LR Cv 5.2 NOTICE BY PUBLICATION Whenever notice by publication is required, proof of publication shall be in the form of an affidavit that provides:

(1) a copy of the notice as published;

(2) the date(s) of publication; and

(3) the name of the newspaper or other periodical in which the notice was published and the page number on which the notice appeared.
