83.I.02: Eligibility. A member in good standing of the bar of the South Carolina Supreme Court is eligible for admission to the bar of this court. Suspension or revocation of the right to practice by the South Carolina Supreme Court shall automatically effect the same suspension or revocation of the right to practice in this court subject to this court's reservation of the right to impose greater discipline.
