LR 12.1 EXTENSION OF TIME TO ANSWER OR OTHERWISE RESPOND Without the need for a motion, the parties may agree to an extension of time to answer or otherwise respond to a complaint, counterclaim, or crossclaim, of no more than 21 days from the initial deadline, by the requesting party filing a notice of unopposed extension of time to answer or otherwise respond. The stated extension of time to answer or otherwise respond will thereupon become effective, unless otherwise ordered by the court.
