LR 26.2 MEETING OF PARTIES Unless otherwise ordered by the court in a particular case, the provisions of Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(f), requiring a meeting of and report from the parties, apply to all civil actions in this court except cases exempted under D.S.D. Civ. LR 16.1.
