LR 51.1 JURY INSTRUCTIONS A. Pretrial Filing of Instructions. Each party must file and serve all proposed substantive jury instructions, including a "statement of the case" instruction and "theory of defense."
B. Form of Instructions. All proposed jury instructions must identify the party submitting the instruction and specifically cite the authority or authorities upon which it is based.
