DUCivR 16-1 PRETRIAL PROCEDURE A scheduling order is not required in proceedings brought under the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552, and those listed in Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(1)(B). Discovery in those proceedings, if any, commences as the court orders or as authorized by law.
