DUCivR 7-3 REQUEST TO SUBMIT FOR DECISION

(a) Not Required.

A request to submit a motion for decision is not required.

(b) If a Request Is Filed.

If a party files a request, it must state:

(1) the date the motion was filed;

(2) the date the response, if any, was filed;

(3) the date the reply, if any, was filed; and

(4) whether a hearing has been requested.
