DUCivR 83-6.7 BANKRUPTCY – APPEALS TO THE DISTRICT COURT FROM THE BANKRUPTCY COURT UNDER 28 U.S.C. § 158 Appeals to the district court, made under 28 U.S.C. § 158, must comply with DUCivR 10-1, the U.S. Bankruptcy Appellate Panel of the Tenth Circuit Local Rules (BAP Rules), and Part VIII of the Fed. R. Bankr. P. If there is any conflict between DUCivR 10-1 and the BAP Rules, DUCivR 10-1 governs. When applying the BAP Rules, any reference to the "bankruptcy appellate panel clerk" means the clerk of the district court and any reference to "this court" means the district court.
