Rule 11.1. Citation of Authority By signing a motion, response, reply, or other document, an attorney certifies to the Court that: (a) the applicable law in this jurisdiction has been cited, including authority for and against the position being advocated by counsel; and (b) the applicable law in this jurisdiction has been presented before law from another jurisdiction is cited. Counsel must file with the document a copy of any foreign law relied upon therein.
