Rule 43.1. Interpreters With the exception of collateral criminal proceedings under 28 U.S.C. §§ 2254, 2255 and the like, the parties involved in civil litigation, in which there will be a need for an interpreter for an in-court proceeding, are responsible for retaining and submitting the name(s) and qualifications of qualified interpreters for approval by the Court at least six days before the interpreter's services are required.
