Rule 47.1. Juror Contact

(a) No Contact Before Trial is Concluded. Before or during the trial of a case, no attorney, party, or witness shall directly or indirectly communicate with, or cause another to communicate with, any prospective or current member of the jury.

(b) Contact After Trial is Concluded. After the conclusion of a trial, no attorney, party, or witness shall directly or indirectly communicate with, or cause another to communicate with, any member of the jury without first receiving permission from the Court.
