Rule 5.3. Electronic Signatures Any document may be executed via an electronic signature in lieu of a handwritten signature. An electronic signature shall have the same force and effect as a manual signature when executed in compliance with this rule. For purposes of this rule, an "electronic signature" is one that is executed using a program or online service that provides secure signature verification.
