Rule 67.1. Monies Paid into Court
(a) Court Order Required. Unless authorized by statute, a Court order is required before the Clerk of the Court may accept or deposit money into the Registry of the Court.
(b) Funds to be Deposited into Registry. All moneys paid into the Court or received by an officer thereof, in any case pending or adjudicated in the Court, shall be forthwith deposited into the Registry of the Court. Any such money may, however, be paid to the rightful owner upon security, according to the agreement of the parties, pursuant to an order of the Court.
