D. Wyo. — Civil rule
Rule 15.1 MOTIONS TO AMEND Motions to Amend Pleadings. Motions to amend pleadings pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 15(a) shall attach the proposed amended pleading along with a redlined version to show changes from the current pleading. The motion shall include a representation that the movant conferred with the opposing party and whether or not the opposing party objects to the motion. If the motion states the opposing party has no objection, the movant shall furnish the Court with a proposed order which the Court may sign. If the motion indicates there is an objection, the Court will consider the objection after a response is filed and may decide the matter on the submissions or upon hearing. Pro se litigants are excluded from the redlined version and conferral requirements. Unless otherwise ordered, the amended pleadings shall be filed with the Court within three (3) business days from entry of order granting the motion.
