Rule 83.2 POWERS OF THE COURT Nothing in these Rules denies this Court such powers as are necessary for the Court to maintain control over proceedings conducted before it, such as proceedings for contempt under Title 18 U.S.C. §§ 401 et seq. or Fed. R. Crim. P. 42, entitled "Criminal Contempt".
