Rule 83.7 MULTIDISTRICT LITIGATION Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1407, an attorney filing a complaint, answer or other pleading involving a case which may be subject to pretrial proceedings before the judicial panel on multidistrict litigation, shall submit to the Clerk of Court, at the time of filing, a written description of the nature of the case and list of the case names and numbers of all related cases filed in any jurisdiction.
