Rule 84.13 DUTIES OF THE CLERK OF COURT

(a) Obtaining Certified Copy of Judgment or Order of Conviction. Upon being informed that an attorney admitted to practice before this Court has been convicted of any crime or disciplined by another court, the Clerk of Court shall obtain a certified copy of the disciplinary judgment or order of conviction and file it with this Court.

(b) Notify National Discipline Data Bank. The Clerk of Court shall promptly notify the National Discipline Data Bank, operated by the American Bar Association, of any order by this Court imposing public discipline upon any attorney admitted to practice before this Court.
