Rule 86 REAL-TIME ROUGH DRAFT TRANSCRIPTS The real-time rough draft transcript or any portion thereof is not the official transcript of any Court proceedings. Only certified transcripts may be quoted from or filed with the Court. Absent prior Court authorization, counsel shall not quote from or display unedited real-time rough draft transcripts.
