LOCAL RULE 41.1 NOTICE OF SETTLEMENT When a case set for trial is settled out of court, it shall be the duty of counsel to so inform the Clerk and the Court as soon as practicable. In a civil case, the court may require counsel who violate this rule to pay the per diem of all jurors who attend court unnecessarily because of counsel's delay in notifying the Clerk of the settlement.
