RULE 146 (Fed. R. Civ. P. 83)
APPEALS TO THE NINTH CIRCUIT Electronic filers shall file a Notice of Appeal electronically. It is not necessary to provide the Court with paper copies of the notice for service on the other parties. The electronic notice generated by the system will constitute the copy the Clerk is required to serve under Fed. R. App. P. 3(d). Conventional filing and service shall be made upon, and by, pro se parties unless authorized by the Court to file electronically.
