RULE 159 (Fed. R. Civ. P. 16)

NOTICE OF FILING OF BANKRUPTCY When a party files a bankruptcy petition, or an involuntary proceeding is commenced against a party, the party shall file a "Notice of Bankruptcy Proceeding" in the action within seven (7) days after the filing of the petition. The Notice must identify the filing party, the date of the filing, the bankruptcy case number, the court where the filing occurred, and set forth the party's position regarding whether the action is subject to the automatic stay of 11 U.S.C. § 362. If the filing party has not filed the required Notice and another party learns of the bankruptcy filing, that party must file the Notice within seven (7) days of learning of the bankruptcy filing.
