GRAND AND PETIT TRIAL JURORS The Plan for the Random Selection of Grand and Petit Trial Jurors, approved by this Court and the reviewing panel pursuant to the Jury Selection and Service Act of 1968 (Public Law 90-274) and filed in the Office of the Clerk governs the management of the jury selection process.
